My purpose here at To The Max is to:
The term lifestyle design has grown in popularity since the release of Tim Ferris’s book “The 4 Hour Work Week”. Lifestyle design is all about creating your life to meet your needs and desires, and creating the freedom to work when and where you want so that you can experience life to the fullest. The 4 Hour Work Week is based around building a business where you can work 4 hours per week, earn great money, and have the freedom to run your business from anywhere.
My concept of lifestyle design is not limited to the 4 hour work week principles. To me lifestyle design is simply deciding what you want to do, be, and experience in your life – and then planning and taking the action that lets you create this lifestyle for yourself.
Your Max Lifestyle describes your ideal life where you are doing what you love, living where you want, and are able to do and enjoy the experiences you choose to have.
This lifestyle is individual and unique to you and will look different for everyone.



A Max Business is simply the vehicle for allowing you to live your Max Lifestyle. It’s a business that you get joy from running, gives you ample income to live the way you want to, and gives you fulfillment by serving others and allowing you to use your unique gifts and talents to give back and make a difference.
The Max Business that you choose to create will also be unique to you. I will be sharing many different business models that you can match to your skills and experience to create a business that will allow you to leverage your time so that you can run your business and still have time to enjoy living.
As I believe that your dreams depend on your health, energy and vitality I’ll also be sharing healthy lifestyle tips on my blog. To do all the things in life that you dream of maximizing your energy will be crucial. To truly enjoy all life has to offer you have to commit to caring for your body by giving it great nutrition and exercise.

Step 1: Decide What You Want in Your Life
The first step to making any change is always to make a decision to change! You can’t create change if you keep doing what you always do. Create a powerful vision by imagining what it will feel like to be living your ideal life and what you will experience each day. Decide to start taking action to move towards this goal.
Step 2: Keeping Your Mind On The End Goal
Focus on your vision and don’t let yourself be distracted by negative thoughts, or negative people. Keep a positive mindset and believe that you will be successful. Let the success of others inspire you. A clear focus on the outcome of you Max Lifestyle will allow you to take advantage of the law of attraction and let the universe start working behind the scenes to bring what you want to you.
Step 3: Uncover Your Unique Talents and Skills that You Can Put To Work to Serve Others
Each of us has different life experiences, interests, and knowledge. You may not instantly recognize what you do every day as skills that you can put to work for you in your own business. Think about what you know how to do and then how you could help others using these skills and your existing knowledge.
Step 4: Choose a Business Model That Fits With Your Ideal Lifestyle
There are many different ways in which you can serve others using your skills and knowledge. Decide which business models you will use as the back bone of your Max Business.
Step 5: Create Leveraged and Passive Income Streams
Once your business model is chosen decide what products and services you will offer as part of your business. It’s important to consider how you will leverage these to make the most efficient use of your time to create income. Adding passive income streams will allow you to make money in your business 24 hours a day whether you are working, enjoying time with family, or experiencing life’s adventures. Lay out a plan that shows income brought in by each steam and how this will achieve your Max Business goals that you need to achieve to start living you Max Lifestyle.
Step 6: Max Business Startup
Plans are in place and it’s time to implement and start-up your business. You’ll need to create your products and services and have a structure that serves or delivers products to your clients and provides great customer service.
Step 7: Market And Grow Your Max Business
Implement smart marketing strategies to reach your audience and let them know about you and the services and/or products you provide. Grow you business and hire and train staff if required. This process is continuous and it will depend on your chosen lifestyle goals how you grow and maintain the business. You may wish to keep an active role in day to day operations, or delegate the operation of your business to others to give you more time freedom.
